Overview

Supply and delivery of laboratory materials and reagents under a framework arrangement for FY 2026-2028 for Sigor Sub County Hospital. Open to eligible bidders of medical laboratory supplies and reagents with PPADA compliance; suitable for suppliers capable of frame-worked hospital procurement in Kenya.

Requirements

• Eligibility and qualifications as per ITT Section III (including conflict of interest rules and debarment checks).
• Foreign bidders: must source at least 40% of contract inputs from Kenyan/national suppliers (documented evidence required).
• Tax compliance: Kenyan bidders must show valid tax compliance certificate.
• JV rules: maximum 3 members; joint venture must act as a single tenderer with a representative; all members liable for the contract.
• No tender security is required (as per ITB/SCC in the document); but ensure conformity to tender documents.
• Environmental/safety and other standards as specified in Section VII (Procuring Entity’s Requirements).
