Overview

Supply and delivery of laboratory reagents for rural health facilities. The Kwale County Government invites open tenders for procurement of lab reagents and related consumables (diagnostic kits, tubes, strips, sera, etc.) to support rural health facilities; suitable for suppliers of laboratory consumables with public-sector procurement experience. Requirements

• Eligible, non-debarred bidders; comply with anti-corruption provisions and sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• No conflicts of interest; compliance with procurement law and fair competition; JV rules as per ITT.
• Tender security or tender security declaration; evidence of qualifications and eligibility; tax clearance where required; Manufacturer Authorization if applicable.
• Goods eligibility/origin declarations; conformity to technical specs; some items must be sourced from Kenya with no substitutions; environmental/safety compliance.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 19 Oct 2026 (10:00) via electronic submission on the National Treasury Supplier Portal (no manual submissions).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Declaration, Manufacturer Authorization (if needed), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), evidence of qualifications and origin/conformity, and any other documents per the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
