SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LAPTOPS AND PRINTER

Overview

Supply and delivery of laptops and printers to Nyandarua County Government. Open National Tender open to SMEs registered with the National Treasury under Access for Government Opportunities for Women; prices must include the Public Procurement Capacity Building Levy and be in Kenya Shillings. Consider bidding if you supply IT hardware and related services and meet the eligibility rules.

Requirements

• Eligibility and compliance with Kenyan public procurement law; not debarred and sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Tender Security or Tender Securing Declaration as specified, and submission of all required forms (JV, if any).
• Evidence of conformity to technical specifications and origin declarations for goods; Manufacturer's Authorization if not the manufacturer.
• Current Kenya Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Pre-qualification to tender: SMEs must be registered under Access for Government Opportunities for Women.
• Other documentation as per the tender data (e.g., signed tender forms, price schedules, and relevant contracts forms).

• Deadline: 5 November 2026 at 11:00, with electronic submission via IFMIS and one hard copy; late tenders will be rejected.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable), JV Joint Venture Agreement (if JV), tax clearance evidence, and conformity/equipment documentation.
