Supply and delivery of Laptops, Desktops and Accessories for the National School of Government (NSG)

Overview

Supply and delivery of laptops, desktops and accessories for the National School of Government (NSG). The NSG uses the SITA RFB 740 framework; only bidders listed on the Gauteng SITA contract may respond, with bid closing 6 November 2026 (11:00), delivery to Pretoria, and a 120-day bid validity.

Requirements

• Bidders must be accredited on SITA RFB740 for Gauteng; only those listed on the contract may respond.
• Provide three-year OEM-backed onsite next-business-day warranty for laptops/desktops, including components.
• Equipment to be new, compliant with government/NSG standards; delivery to NSG Asset Management Unit during office hours.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; may submit TCS certificate; if in a consortium, each party must have its own TCS/CSD, or provide CSD number.
• Submit returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1 (preferences), SBD 3.3, GCC, SCC, Annexure A (Pricing).
• Evaluation uses PPPFA 2022 80/20 or 90/10; claim points for specific goals (HDI/Black Owned, Black Women, Black Youth, Disability) with proof.
• Only Gauteng-accredited bidders will be considered; adherence to procurement rules and avoidance of fronting is required.

• Submission deadline: 06 November 2026 at 11:00; bid documents to be deposited in the NSG Bid Box at 70 Meintjies Street / 20 Greeff Street, Sunnyside, Pretoria.
• Documents to complete and submit: SBD 1 (Invitation), SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points), SBD 3.3 (Pricing), plus GCC/SCC and Annexure A; SBD 7 to be signed if awarded.
• Registrations needed: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CSD number if applicable; proof of authority for signatory.
