Requirements

• Proven experience delivering laptops (minimum 2–3 references; evidence via letters/POs).
• OEM partnership level with the supplier (Platinum/Gold/Silver/… or equivalent official confirmation).
• Locality within Eastern Cape; proof of physical EC address.
• Qualified sales contact with relevant laptop sales experience (CVs).
• Lead-time commitment: OEM/distributor letter specifying ETA not exceeding 8 weeks.
• Administrative readiness: complete required SBD forms (SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1), Pricing Schedule (SBD3.1), authority for signatory, JV agreements if any.
• Compliance registrations: CSD and LOGIS, tax compliance/pin (SARS), VAT treatment, POPI consent.
• Technical spec adherence: original, brand-new EliteBook laptops with specified configurations and 3-year onsite warranty.
• Evaluation: Stage 1 administrative compliance; Stage 2 functionality threshold (60%), plus 80/20 price plus specific goals scoring.
