SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LOCAL CONTENT SPORTSWEAR AND EQUIPMENT AT MZIMVUBU WATER PROJECT IN THE EASTERN CAPE

Overview

Supply and delivery of local content sportswear and equipment for the Mzimvubu Water Project in the Eastern Cape. Bidders should be manufacturers or suppliers of sporting goods and apparel capable of meeting local-content requirements and tender compliance (tax, supplier registration). Items include netball and football apparel, bags, balls, goalkeeper gear, socks, whistles, etc., as listed in the attached document (MSD 64A-B.pdf). Requirements

• Tax and supplier pre-qualification: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or CSD number; separate TCS for each JV/consortium member; failure to provide may invalidate bid.
• Compliance with official bidding forms and contract: submit on official forms and sign a written contract (SBD4/SBD6.1/SBD7; GCC applies; PPPFA 2022 rules).
• Specific goals and local content: Eastern Cape location; points for Women/Disability/Youth ownership and B-BBEE level; total 20 specific-goal points under the 80/20 system.
• Declarations and disclosures: complete bidder disclosures (SBD4) and integrity/best-practices declarations; ensure authorisation to sign.
