Overview

Supply and delivery of embossed stainless-steel material for toilet structures at the Mzimvubu Water Project, Eastern Cape. Bidders should be able to supply the listed stainless-steel fittings and fixtures and comply with local content and BBBEE preferences (Eastern Cape local enterprise).

Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN (TCS); if unavailable, provide CSD number; separate TCS/PIN for each JV/consortium member.
• Complete and submit on official forms (SBD4, SBD6.1); sign contracts if awarded (SBD7).
• Local content: complete Local Content Declaration (Annex C) and evidence for specific goals (Women/ Disability/ Youth ownership; Eastern Cape local enterprise; BBBEE level 1–2).
• Compliance declarations: confirm no state employment conflicts; submit required disclosures (SBD4) and anti-collusion attestations.
• Registration: provide VAT registration and supplier details; ensure ability to trade under PPPFA 2022 and GCC terms.

• Documents to submit: official bid response (SBD4, SBD6.1), pricing schedule, Local Content Declaration (Annex C), BBBEE information, tax/CSD/VAT details, and evidence for specific goals.
