SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT LIBRARY PRESCRIPTS FOR CITY OF MBOMBELA

Overview

Procurement of packaging, supply, delivery and off-loading of Local Government Library Prescripts (Local Government Legislative Pocketbooks) for City of Mbombela. The contract covers the latest edition pocketbooks, packaged in a portable bag and delivered to 1 Nel Street, Mbombela Civic Centre. Suitable bidders are publishers/printing and distribution specialists with government-bid experience and ability to provide firm prices, comply with tax and B-BBEE requirements, and supply to a public sector client.

Requirements

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; SARS e-Filing acceptable; for foreign entities, pre-award questionnaire rules.
• Full Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and a current report (not older than 30 days).
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE) and, where applicable, consolidated B-BBEE for JVs/consortia.
• Up-to-date municipal rates and taxes statements for the business and directors (or proof of tribal residence/lease arrangement); addresses must align with CSD/company documents.
• Certified copies of directors' IDs (not older than 3 months).
• JV/consortium documentation if applicable; separate TCS/CSD for each party.
• Completion of required bid forms (MBD1, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1) and submission of the pricing schedule; MBD5 as applicable.
• Delivery within 14 days of appointment; penalties 5% per week; delivery address: 1 Nel Street, Mbombela.
• No briefing session; anti-fraud measures apply.
