Overview

Supply and delivery of locks at Belfast Plantation is being procured via SAFCOL RFQ BEL/0018/2026. The contract covers items such as 50 brass padlocks (Trio circle 50mm) and 60 x 150mm pad bolts (zinc plated). Bidders must reside under Emakhazeni Local Municipality and meet SAFCOL’s supplier requirements to be considered.

Requirements

• Fully complete the RFQ, submit on company letterhead, and email quotations to the address provided with the RFQ number in the subject.
• Submit: Latest Tax Clearance, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), CSD report (or MAQA number), and ID copies of company directors.
• Phase 2 Mandatory: proof of residence under Emakhazeni Local Municipality (in the name of the company director or company), less than 3 months old.
• Registration with the National Treasury CSD; if not registered, register within 7 working days of award.
• Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; comply with SBD forms; non-compliant submissions will be disqualified.
• JV/Consortium: consolidate B-BBEE certificate.
• Acceptance of SAFCOL Supplier Code of Conduct.
• If brand-specific requirements exist, inform SAFCOL before RFQ closing.
