Supply and delivery of maintenance equipment (Argon 5.0 gas refills and 230mm x 2mm cutting discs) to Ugu District Municipality; open to suppliers of welding and hardware maintenance materials. Requirements

• Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) registration; certified IDs for directors/owners
• Proof of updated tax status, and submission of MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8 and MBD9 forms
• Ability to prove specific goals ownership/local enterprise status (EME/QSE ownership; local district/province location; youth/women/disabled ownership) with certified certificates/affidavits
• Proof of payment for municipal services or SAPS-related documents as applicable
• Bids must be submitted on official forms; fostered by PPPFA/GCC adherence; quotations valid for 30 days from closing
• Delivery is “After receipt of an order” for items listed
• The Council reserves rights to accept any part of bids and to award on price and PPPFA goals (80/20)
