SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MAJOR RENOVATION MATERIAL- NO. 13 ROSLYN, STIRLING HOUSE AS PER SPECIFICATION FROM THE EASTERN CAPE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND INFRASTRUCTURE

Overview

This tender seeks the supply and delivery of major renovation materials for No. 13 Roslyn, Stirling House in East London, in accordance with the Eastern Cape DPW&I specification. The contract targets hardware/construction-material suppliers able to source and deliver a wide range of renovation items, and to meet CSD registration and tax-compliance requirements (including SARS TCS/PIN where applicable) and bid-document prerequisites.

Requirements

• CSD registration and tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) or provision of CSD number if no TCS; VAT vendor status where applicable.
• Completion and submission of mandatory bid documents: SBD1 (Parts A&B), SBD3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD4 Disclosure, Annexures A–C, and a Resolution to Sign (Annexure C).
• Ability to deliver materials to Amalinda offices, East London within 30 days of order.
• Compliance with PPPFA 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) and locality preferences (Buffalo City Metro, 6 points) as part of the evaluation; bid to be evaluated in two phases: administrative then PPPFA.
• Adherence to general bid rules, including original signatures, and use of brand-name equivalency where specified.
