Requirements

• Submit bids on official forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9); bids must be sealed and deposited in the official bid box (endorsed with REQ26983).
• Bidders must comply with PPPFA: 80/20 or 90/10 rules, with price and specific goals (ownership by black-owned entities; local district/province ownership; youth/women/disabled ownership) as applicable.
