SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MAP CABINETS

Overview

Supply and delivery of map cabinets to Nairobi City County Government, with bidding restricted to women-owned or women-led entities. Eligible bidders should be experienced in furniture manufacturing/supply and comply with Kenyan public procurement rules; the reserve for women applies to award decisions.

Requirements

• Compliance with Kenyan Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and related integrity declarations (non-corruption, not debarred by PPRA).
• Eligibility and conflicts of interest: no public officers or close relatives, no improper relationships; joint ventures allowed with defined liability; single bid per firm unless alternatives allowed.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration, Manufacturer's Authorization if applicable, JV Agreement if a JV, evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods, tax clearance certificate.
• Goods origin and conformity: origin declarations; conformity to Schedule of Requirements and environmental/quality standards; Kenya-origin requirements for certain items including furniture where applicable.
