Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of marketing materials for the City of Mbombela. Bidders should be capable service providers in printing, branding and distribution of marketing materials, with demonstrated compliance capabilities (tax clearance, B-BBEE, municipal rates/taxes, CSD registration, and company registration).

Requirements

• Tax Compliance Status (TCS)
• Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Current municipal rates and taxes statements for the business and for the directors (or approved alternative proof per document)
• CSD full supplier registration report
• Company registration certificate
• Delivery of sealed bid with required details in a marked envelope
• Preferential Procurement compliance: 80 points for price, 20 points for targeted goals under the PPPFA and City policy
