Overview

Supply and delivery of mass flow controllers and solenoid valves at Cape Town. This South African Weather Service RFQ (up to R500k) targets suppliers in instrumentation and fluid-control components capable of delivering 8 mass flow controllers (50–2000 mL/min) and 24 solenoid valves to the Cape Town site (delivery address provided). Eligible bidders should have SAWS-specified governance and compliance in place (tax, B-BBEE, POPIA, CSD/TCS) and be able to enter a SLA and performance monitoring as part of the contract.

Requirements

• Compliance with General Conditions of Contract and SAWS bid provisions; sign a contract (SBD7) if awarded.
• Tax and supplier registrations: SARS PIN/TCS or valid CSD number; tax/compliance verified.
• B-BBEE status with verification or sworn affidavit; points claimed per 80/20 system.
• Subcontracting proof if applicable; due diligence/site visit and approved premises with required infrastructure and accreditation.
• POPIA supplier notice/consent.
• Pricing schedule: Annexure G (goods) with total for 8 MFCs and 24 solenoid valves, VAT inclusive; delivery terms after acceptance.
• SLA and supplier scorecard to be submitted post-award.
• Compliance disclosures (Annexure C) and other standard forms (Annexures B, F, I) as part of bid package.
