Overview

Supply and delivery of material, specifically 20x DDE 60 – 10AR-PVC/V/C-F31U3U3FG Pumps (Grunfos or equivalent) for Area South. Bidders with pump/equipment supply capabilities and relevant supplier registration (CSD, CIPC, SARS TCS) are invited to bid.

Requirements

• PPPFA evaluation: 80/20 with 80 for price and 20 for Specific Goals; provide supporting goal documentation.
• Register and submit: Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) registrations; Tax Compliance Status (SARS TCS) or PIN.
• Complete and submit the official bid forms: MBD1 (Parts A/B), MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, plus any other GCC/SCC conditions.
• Attach required documentation: CIPC shareholders/directors certificates, municipal service proof, disability proof if applicable, and MBD supporting documents for specific goals.
• Compliance: No bids from persons in the service of the state; adherence to PPPFA and related regulations.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 16 October 2026, 12:00 (see REQ27132). Late or incomplete submissions are invalid.
• Submission: Sealed quotations endorsed with REQ27132, deposited in the official tender box at 96 Marine Drive, Phase 3, Oslo Beach (no fax/ email submissions).
• Documents to submit: Official bid response documents (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and required attachments; proof of CSD/CIPC; SARS TCS PIN; certified ID copies; proof of municipal services; EME/QSE ownership documents for specific goals.
• Pre-qualifications: CSD, CIPC, SARS TCS (or PIN).
