SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MATERIAL FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF ROADS AND STORMWATER RELATED INFRASTRUCTURE, FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS

Overview

The tender seeks the supply and delivery of material for the maintenance of roads and stormwater-related infrastructure, for a period of three (3) years. Bidders should be suppliers of road maintenance materials and related civil engineering products, capable of nationwide delivery to municipal projects and compliant with municipal procurement processes (80/20 Preference Point system under the municipality’s SCM Policy).

Requirements

• Completed bids in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with TENDER-45/2026, submitted to the Langeberg Municipal Office tender box by 12:00 on 13 November 2026; bids opened in public.
• Late, faxed, or e-mailed tenders will not be considered.
• Bid documents must be fully completed in black ink, all pages submitted, and preferably bound; supporting documents submitted separately and bound.
• Evaluation conducted under the Council’s Supply Chain Management Policy and the 80/20 Preference Point system (policy available at the Municipal Offices or www.langeberg.gov.za).
