Overview

• Submission: sealed envelope marked with bid number; placed in tender box 1 before closing time; telegraphic/late submissions not accepted; Council may accept part of a bid or none.
• Compliance: registrations on Drakenstein supplier database; tax status per MBD 1 Part B; GCC and SCC applicable; responsiveness criteria per tender document.
• Evaluation: based on Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022 (80/20); contract to be signed if successful.
