RFQ SZ42: Supply and delivery of memorabilia in UMW as detailed in the RFQ. Quotations cover branded memorabilia (pens, mugs, tumblers, umbrellas, magnets, etc.) to be supplied to uShaka Marine World. Bidders should be promotional-merchandise specialists with branding capability, and must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Supplier Portal, plus meet tax-compliance requirements. Requirements

• Registration on CSD and eThekwini Supplier Portal.
• Tax compliance: tax clearance or SARS PIN/TCS; for foreign suppliers, Part B:3; if no TCS, provide a CSD number; joint ventures must provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each party.
• Complete and submit all official bidding forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9) and related questionnaires.
• Site briefing is compulsory; branding details and images will be provided at briefing.
• Branded memorabilia specifications and packaging: items listed with color variants, pricing tags, see-through bags, and branding deadlines to be confirmed at Site Briefing.

How to Apply
