Overview

Prequalification to supply and deliver motor vehicle spare parts for Bungoma County (Tender No BGM/CNTY/21/2026-2028). Open prequalification inviting eligible suppliers in the motor vehicle parts sector to be prequalified for a two-year period (2026-2028) to supply parts such as engines and related components (e.g., Toyota, Nissan, Ford, Isuzu). Suitable for auto-parts distributors with registrations, tax compliance, and capacity to meet public sector procurement standards.

Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: no conflict of interest; not suspended/debarred; compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules.
• Financial capability: demonstrated liquidity, available credit lines, and audited financial statements for recent years; adequate turnover for the contract magnitude.
• Experience: demonstrated prior supply/delivery of vehicle spare parts; appropriate contracts in the last years; JV rules if applicable.
