Overview

Supply and Delivery of Multi-Functional Printers for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). Requirements

• Tender Security: Ksh 500,000, valid for 240 days from tender opening.
• Eligibility and conduct: no conflict of interest; not debarred; compliance with anti-corruption and competition rules; Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• JV rules: if a JV, all members are jointly and severally liable; JV representative authorized; maximum JV size per TDS.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Manufacturer's Authorization (if applicable), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), tax clearance, and evidence of eligibility and conformity to Schedule of Requirements.
• Conformity: goods and related services must meet Section VII specifications and show full origin and compliance documentation.

• Submission method: sealed single package/envelope; inner envelopes for “ORIGINAL” tender and “COPIES” with a separate seal for any alternative tender if permitted; include a Tender Security if required.

• Clarifications: questions in writing by deadline before submission; addenda will be issued and published.
• Standstill and award: 14-day standstill after Notification of Intention to Enter into Contract; debriefings available; contract signing upon fulfillment of requirements.
