Overview

Procurement: Supply and delivery of network accessories for installation of new network points and comprehensive maintenance and support of new passive network equipment under a framework contract for the Central Bank of Kenya for three years. Suitable bidders include network hardware suppliers and ICT infrastructure service providers capable of supplying accessories and providing maintenance under a framework arrangement (open to local and qualified foreign entities, including JVs under the rules in the tender documents).

Requirements

• Tender security of Kes 50,000, valid for 170 days from tender opening.
• Pre-bid briefing: 11 September 2026 at 10:30 (virtual) (see documents).
• Submission: hard copies only, sealed in plain envelopes, delivered to Green Tender Box No. 3; no electronic submission.
• Currency and validity: prices in Kenyan Shillings, net incl. all taxes; tender validity 140 days from closing date.
• Eligibility: no debarment; tax compliance; no conflicts of interest; 40% of foreign bid inputs must be sourced domestically; JV rules apply; environmental and competition compliance as per ITT.
• Required documents: Form of Tender, Tender Security/Declaration, Section IV tender forms, qualification and eligibility evidence, JV agreements if applicable (as per ITT 13).
