Overview

Supply and delivery of network consumables (Reserved for Youth, Women and Persons Living with Disability). This tender targets network-related consumables and related services, open to eligible group enterprises (YWPD) with delivery capability and appropriate compliance.

Requirements

• Reserved eligibility: only Tenderers that are registered under Youth, Women or Persons Living with Disability groups may bid; others are ineligible.
• Tenderers may bid as individuals or as a Joint Venture; all JV members are jointly liable.
• Prevent conflicts of interest and avoid public officer involvement; provide necessary declarations.
• Mandatory documents: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if applicable), evidence of eligibility and qualifications, tax clearance, and any JV agreements (if a JV).
• Compliance: conform to technical specifications, and provide required sources of spare parts and maintenance where relevant.
• Tender security validity and extension rules apply as per the tender data.

How to Apply

• Deadline: 29 June 2026 at 10:00 (documented in the KNH Tender; see file above). Electronic submission not permitted.
• Submission: deliver a single sealed envelope (Original + Copies as required) to Kenyatta National Hospital, Supply Chain Management, Nairobi.
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security or Securing Declaration, Manufacturer’s Authorization (if required), JV Agreement (if applicable), Tax Clearance, eligibility/ conformity evidence, and any other documents in the Tender Forms (Section IV).
• Pre-qualification/ registrations: provide a current Kenyan tax clearance; compliance with eligibility rules; JV arrangements if applicable.
• Briefing: if a pre-tender conference is held, details will be in the Tender Data Sheet; attendance is not mandatory.
