Overview

Supply and delivery of new breathing apparatus sets for Polokwane Municipality over a three-year period. Bidders with firefighting equipment manufacturing or supply capability should consider bidding, provided they meet municipal SCM requirements including tax compliance and CSD registration and related pre-qualification checks. The goods support the Municipality’s Disaster Management and Fire Services.

Requirements

• Tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) and, if applicable, e-Filing; foreign suppliers may need a pre-award questionnaire; separate TCS/Renewals for joints ventures.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or provide CSD number; where no TCS is available, provide CSD number.
• Compliance with SCM policy and GCC; valid municipal rates/taxes proof or lease; no involvement of service in the state; no bid defaulters; adherence to anti-fraud provisions.
• Completion and submission on official forms; inclusion of price schedules (e.g., MBD 3.1) and other scheduled Annexures (Forms A–F, MBDs 4,5,8,9, etc.).
