Requirements

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 28 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M (document cites this closing time; see Invitation).
• Submission method: Hard copy tenders to: Chief Officer of Finance, Bungoma; Tender box outside Supply Chain Management Office. Electronic submission may be allowed if specified in the Tender Data Sheet (see ITT 21.1).
• Documents to submit: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; JV agreement or letter of intent; Manufacturer Authorization (if required); evidence of eligibility and qualifications; compliance documents as per ITT 10–16.
• Registrations/pre-qualifications: Tax clearance certificate (Kenya); registration with those authorities as required; evidence of eligibility and qualifications; compliance with ITT 3.x (debarment checks, conflict of interest disclosures).
