Overview

Supply and delivery of non-pharmaceuticals lab reagents and medical drugs. This prequalification/open tender by County Commissioner Bungoma invites suppliers of medical/lab consumables to prequalify for the 2026–2028 period, after which prequalified bidders may tender for the contract described in Tender No. BGM/CNTY/17/2026/2027/2028 (non-pharmaceuticals, lab reagents and medical drugs). Requirements

• Eligibility: meet ITA 5 criteria; JV allowed with shared liability; no conflict of interest; not debarred by PPRA; provide tax compliance evidence.
• Compliance: anti-corruption and competition rules; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; approvals for any changes to JV structure.
• Financial: demonstrate liquidity and working capital; audited financials for recent years; meet minimum average turnover and cash-flow requirements (Form FIN-3.1/3.2).
• Documentation: English applications with complete forms (ELI-1.1, ELI-1.2 for JVs, FIN-3.1, FIN-3.2) and additional documents (tax clearance, PIN/VAT, trading license, registration certificate, Confidential Business Questionnaire, serialized tender documents).
• Subcontracting: permitted only as Specialized Subcontractors where allowed; full details to be supplied.
• Clarifications/Addenda: written clarifications by deadline; Addenda published on PPIP.
