Overview

Supply and delivery of Obsolete T2000 DCS Spares Modules for Majuba, Hendrina and Camden Power Stations. This open tender seeks bulk delivery of T2000 DCS spare modules over about 12 months to three Eskom generation sites. Suitable bidders are electrical/electronic controls specialists with experience in DCS spares, project procurement and on-time delivery for power stations, and who can meet Eskom’s supplier quality and tender requirements.

Requirements

• ISO 9001-based QMS (as per Eskom Supplier Quality Management Specification 240-105658000) and ongoing conformity to Eskom quality requirements.
• OHS compliance: valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent) and related health and safety controls.
• Eligibility: no sanctions or disqualifications; not sub-contracting 100% of the scope; joint ventures must state joint and several liability; no conflict of interest.
• Documentation: complete SBD forms (SBD 1, 4, 6.1, 6.2) and Annexures A–J, Pricing Schedule (PDF and Excel), SDL&I, and contract data.
• Local content: CPA/local-content declarations where applicable (Annexures E–G).
• Technical: evidence of QMS and related quality-control plans as per the 240-105658000 specification and related SDS/TCP templates.
• Clarifications: non-mandatory briefing session; expect questions by set deadlines.
