Overview

Supply and delivery of office and general stationery to Moi Teachers College-Baringo. This is an open national tender; bidders may tender for one lot. Documents are available for a non-refundable fee and may be viewed/downloaded online; hard copies must be submitted in paper form.

Requirements

• Eligibility and conduct: no public officers or close relatives may participate; Joint Ventures allowed with a representative; complete Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; not debarred by PPRA; tax clearance from KRA if required.
• Tender security: submit either a Tender-Securing Declaration or a Tender Security in the specified form; security validity aligned to tender validity.
• Documentation: Form of Tender, Price Schedules, Tender Security, Manufacturer Authorization (if not the manufacturer), Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable), and other documents per ITT.
• Goods and origin: items eligible from Kenya; origin declarations for goods; conformity evidence to Schedule of Requirements; spare parts/licensing where required.
• Language, fees, and process: Tender and all communications in English; tender documents obtainable for 1,000 KES; no electronic submission; pages must be serialized and tender pages signed. (STATIONERIES)

How to Apply

• Obtain documents: view/download from moitcbaringo.ac.ke or collect for 1,000 KES; alert via moittcbaringo@yahoo.com. (STATIONERIES)
• Prepare: complete Form of Tender and Price Schedules, attach all required documents, including manufacturer authorization if needed, JV papers if applicable, and ensure serialization.
• Submit: deliver one original copy to Moi Teachers College-Baringo, Kabarnet (tender box outside administration) by 10 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. No electronic submissions. (STATIONERIES)
• Clarifications: any questions in writing per the TDS; pre-tender meeting details as per TDS.
• Opening and award: tenders opened publicly after the deadline in the college staffroom; standstill period of 14 days applies before contract award.
