Overview

Supply and delivery of Office Furniture and Supplies at Matla Power Station for a five-year period. Eskom - Generation invites bids from experienced office-furniture suppliers/installers for a five-year contract. Suitable bidders should have proven experience in furnishing and installing office furniture, plus relevant compliance and insurance cover.

Requirements

• Public liability insurance of at least R5 million, valid through the contract duration.
• Demonstrable experience: 3–10 office furniture projects; provide copies of POs and signed appointment letters on company letterhead (minimum 3 projects).
• Trade certificate for the core installation skill (carpenter) with CVs for staff to be deployed.
• Warranty on furniture/appliances: a warranty letter confirming replacement for damage within 12 months, with 5-year warranty preferred (or 4/3-year options as applicable).
• Basic compliance: eligibility to tender, complete tender with technical/commercial/financial information, submit mandatory returnables by deadlines, and tender via the Eskom e-tendering system; price list in PDF.
• Local content/participation and SHEQ considerations may apply where noted in the tender documents.
