Overview

Supply and delivery of office refreshments at Belfast Plantation. Bidders should be able to source and deliver coffee, tea, milk, creamer, sugar and related pantry items to Belfast Plantation (R33 Stoffberg Road, Belfast 1100), including coffee beans/grounds, tea bags, milk, sugar, and associated consumables.

Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document on company letterhead.
• Submit quotations by email to RFQNorth@safcol.co.za with the RFQ number in the subject.
• Provide SANAS-accredited B-BBEE verification (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit) and a tax clearance.
• Provide CSD registration (or MAIA/MAAA number) and ID copies of company directors.
• Include SBD forms signed and returned with the quotation.
• Prices must be firm and VAT-inclusive where applicable; delivery is subject to official purchase order.
• Special conditions apply for Joint Ventures (consolidated BEE certificate).

• Returnable items include the listed quantities: 6 Jacobs coffee gold 200g; 10 Ellis Brown Coffee Creamer 750g; 5 Full Cream milk 6 pack; 6 Brown Sugar 5kg; 10 Joko tea bags 100 pack; 5 Rooibos tea bags 160 pack.
• Evaluation will be in three phases: Administrative Compliance, Mandatory Requirements (including Emakhazeni locality residence), then Price and Specific Goals (80/20; at least 51% Black Ownership earns up to 20 points).
