Overview

Procurement of the supply and delivery of office stationery and printing services to NG-CDF Naivasha; open tender. Eligible bidders include AGPO-qualified firms, and all bids must be prequalified with Naivasha NG-CDF.

Requirements

• Copy of certificate of Registration/Incorporation.
• Valid tax compliance certificate and KRA PIN.
• Valid and relevant business permit.
• Submission of original tender document, book-bound and paginated.
• Completion of the Price Schedule in the provided format.
• AGPO certificates.
• CR12 for a limited company or National ID copy for sole proprietor.
• Confidential Business Questionnaire (duly filled).
• Written self-declaration on non-engagement in corruption/debarment.
• Must be prequalified with Naivasha NG-CDF.
• Tender Security as specified; tenders must be valid for 120 days.

How to Apply

• Obtain documents from PPIP Portal or MyGov website (see attached Tender documents). Forward particulars to cdfnaivasha@ngcdf.go.ke and telephone as indicated (see above) to facilitate clarifications (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Submission deadline: 6 October 2026 by 10:00 AM; in-person delivery to NG-CDF Naivasha tender box (no electronic submissions) (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Submit at NG-CDF Naivasha Office, Naivasha; tenders opened publicly after the deadline (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Include Tender Form and Price Schedule with items such as printing papers, toners, envelopes, files, pens, etc. Prices must be in Kenya Shillings and fixed for the contract period (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Clarifications: requests must be made in writing; responses posted to all recipients (TENDER DOCUMENT).
• Evaluation: technical (financial capacity; delivery within 7 days) followed by price-based financial evaluation; lowest responsive bid wins (TENDER DOCUMENT). Framework contract for two years may result from award (Special Conditions).
