Overview

NRWDI seeks a supplier to supply and deliver Official Dignitaries’ Photographs and Frames (A3 size) for NRWDI offices. Bidders should be experienced in professional photography, printing, framing, and related production, with certifications such as ISO 9001:2015 and relevant BBBEE documentation.

Requirements

• Quote fully according to the price table and scope of work; include VAT as a separate line.
• Mandatory closing-date compliance: submit before RFQ closing (01 July 2026, 17:00) via the correct email.
• Provide at least two reference letters from clients where Government dignitaries’ photographs were supplied.
• Submit IDs of owners/directors as reflected on registration documents (CIPC/CSD/BBBEE).
• Demonstrate tax compliance and vendor eligibility; bid may be disqualified for non-compliance.
• Attach SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 and, if applicable, BBBEE certificate/affidavit; indicate ISO 9001:2015 status.
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (foreign bidders with no local entity exempt).
