Requirements

• Documentation: Form of Tender; Price Schedules; Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration; Joint Venture Agreement or letter of intent; evidence of eligibility and conformity of goods; conformity to technical specs; list of spare parts and after-sales support. (Section IV)
• Goods criteria: origin declarations; compliance with Section VII Schedule of Requirements; environmental and safety compliance as applicable. (Sections IV, VII)
• Financials: prices in Kenya shillings; fixed price unless TDS permits adjustment; clear articulation of discounts; all prices in the required schedules. (Section III, Section IV)
