Overview

Supply and delivery of one Isuzu NQR 81 M33 seater school bus for Sparky Primary School in Mvita Constituency. NG-CDF Board invites open tenders for a single bus; open to qualified bidders, including individuals, private firms or joint ventures, subject to Kenyan procurement rules and vehicle-origin requirements.

Requirements

• Eligible tenderers: private entities, individuals, state-owned entities, or joint ventures (joint members jointly and severally liable). Public officers/relatives are ineligible; no conflicts of interest; sign Certificate of Independent Tender Determination.
• Compliance: adhere to Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, and Competition Act; anti-corruption and disclosure obligations; avoid debarment by PPRA.
• Qualifications: provide Manufacturer’s Authorization if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods; if not based in Kenya, appoint a local agent for maintenance/parts; fulfill Section III evaluation criteria; provide tax clearance.
• Origin and goods: declare country of origin; for Kenyan procurement, origin rules favor goods manufactured/assembled in Kenya; ensure conformity to tender specs; provide spare parts and after-sales information.
• Tender documents: Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or securing declaration, JV agreement if applicable, authorization and eligibility evidence, and conformity documentation.
• Other: comply with environmental and other statutory requirements as applicable.

• Contents: ORIGINAL tender; COPIES as required; include form, price schedules, tender security or securing declaration, JV documents if any, manufacturer authorization, tax clearance, and eligibility/conformity evidence. Pages must be serialized.
