Procurement of one new 4x4 double cab vehicle for Kouga Municipality (Fire Department). Open tender open to vehicle suppliers/manufacturers with capacity to supply a new 4x4 double cab, fit-out for fire services, and after-sales support in Kouga. Requirements

• Tax compliance: valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN; if absent, CSD number or separate TCS for joint ventures.
• Central Database and registration: National Treasury Central Database Summary Report; CSD registration where applicable.
• B-BBEE: valid B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit for eligibility to claim points.
• Local compliance: registration on Kouga Supplier Database; proof of municipal billing clearance.
• Documents: full set of compulsory forms (Declaration of Interest, SCM practices, Independent Bid Determination) and pricing documents; audited statements if applicable; project plan if required.
• Special vehicle conditions: maintenance workshop and authorised dealership within Kouga boundaries (or signed local dealership agreement); proof of service plan; mobility guarantee during service.
