Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of onions to Tambach Teachers College, with a tender reserved for people with disabilities. Bidders may bid for one or more lots, using the college’s standard tender document.

Requirements

• Tender is reserved for PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY; eligibility rules apply (see ITT 3.x).
• Eligible tenderers include individuals, private firms, JVs; public officers and close relatives are ineligible.
• Tenderer must avoid conflicts of interest and comply with fraud/corruption provisions.
• Tax clearance or appropriate Kenyan registration as required; proof may be requested.
• Tender must include: Form of Tender, price schedules, tender security or securing declaration, and eligibility/conformity documents.
• If not the manufacturer, provide Manufacturer’s Authorization; if applicable, appoint local representation for maintenance/spare parts.
• Goods and related services must meet Section VII specifications; provide evidence of conformity.
• Joint ventures must submit JV agreement or letter of intent; pages must be serialized; all members liable.

How to Apply

• Obtain tender documents for a non-refundable KSHS 1,000 (cash/bank cheque); electronic copies free at the website (see SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ONIONS).
• Tender documents may be viewed/downloaded for free; notify Tambach TTC for clarifications (supplied in the same document).
• Tender submissions: hard copy only; separate sealed envelopes for ORIGINAL, COPIES; no electronic submissions.
• Deadline: 21 July 2026, 11:00am (late tenders rejected). Tender box at Tambach Teachers College, Boardroom.
• Tender documents must be serialized and signed; include required authorizations and all forms.
