Overview

RFQ: Supply and delivery of original manufactured Nissan NP200 service and suspension parts for Kouga Local Municipality for twelve months. Eligible bidders are automotive parts suppliers capable of supplying OEM Nissan parts, with VAT registration, and compliance with municipal procurement policies (SCM, blacklisting, etc.), including tax clearance (SARS TCS PIN or e-Filing), CSD/VAT status, and B-BBEE considerations.

Requirements

• Only original manufactured Nissan parts; no aftermarket parts.
• Lead time not exceeding five working days from date of official purchase order.
• Prices must be firm and must include delivery; unit and total pricing rules apply (VAT, non-erasable ink, no corrections).
• Submit both an original hard copy and electronic copy on USB/SD card; electronic copy must mirror hard copy (CDs not preferred).
• Compulsory clarification session (14 Sep 2026 @10:00); attendance is mandatory.
• Tax/compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or TCS; if applicable, CSD number; separate TCS for joint ventures/consortia.
• Submit municipal billing clearance; evidence of business registration and relevant partner documents as required.
• B-BBEE status verification (affidavit or certificate) to claim preference points; locate within Kouga/EC regions for specific goals.
• KPI framework and price escalation: contract awarded to one provider; no price escalation for 12 months; delivery to Kouga workshop; packaging and warranty terms.
• Documentation availability: via e-Tender and Kouga Website; project implementation plan if applicable.
