Supply and delivery of orthopaedic implants to Kenyatta National Hospital under KNH/T/09/2026-2028. Open competitive tender; suitable for medical device suppliers with relevant Orthopaedic implants experience and Kenyan regulatory/commercial capacity.

Requirements

• Comply with Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 2015; sign the Certificate of Independent Tender Determination; no debarment.
• Eligibility: no conflict of interest; JV allowed with joint liability; appropriate representation if not domiciled in Kenya.
• Tax compliance: provide current tax clearance certificate.
• Manufacturer’s authorization: if the tenderer does not manufacture the goods, must prove authorization to supply.
• Tender Security or Tender-Securing Declaration as specified in the Tender Data Sheet.
• Conformity to technical specifications and ability to supply the listed orthopedic implants per Section VII.

• Submission method: physical delivery to KNH; electronic submissions not permitted.
