Supply and Delivery of Overhead Phase Conductors for the Cape Coastal Cluster (Eastern Cape), within Eskom’s Distribution Division over a period of Two (2) years on an “As and When required” basis. Open to suppliers of electrical distribution components with conductor supply experience, ISO 9001 QMS, and Eskom supplier registration; bidders must be able to meet Eskom supplier quality requirements.

Requirements

• Valid ISO 9001 certificate (latest revision) for the supplier or an equivalent QMS.
• Develop, implement, maintain and continually improve a QMS, including Contract Quality Plan (CQP) and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), with management of sub-suppliers.
• Complete Form A (240-68099512 Rev 10) and submit as part of tender returnables; meet the quality-categorised requirements and related evidence.
• Provide QMS documentation: quality policy and objectives, audit reports (internal/external), and clearly defined roles/responsibilities.
• Allow Eskom access for audits, witness/hold points, and ensure sub-supplier CQPs/ITPs align with Eskom requirements (per QM 58 and ISO 9001).
• Demonstrate ability to deliver quality documentation prior to work and sign off on QMS changes; comply with standard Eskom supplier requirements.
