Overview

Procurement of supply and delivery of PAA (Peracetic acid) chemical in 25-litre containers to Johannesburg Water, with concentrations 2%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% and volumes: 2% (150 L), 5% (150 L), 10% (100 L), 15% (100 L), 20% (100 L). Requirements

• Mandatory admin and compliance:
• Original tax clearance certificate; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; municipal rates; MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, MBD 9; proof of CSD registration; company registration documents with director IDs.
• Quotes must be on company letterhead, in PDF, and include all attached returnables; JV agreements if applicable.
• Not in the service of the state; not blacklisted.
• Certificates of analysis for all concentrations; SDS required for evaluation; deliveries scheduled with the User Department.
• Returnable documents must be submitted as part of the quotation.
