Requirements

• CSD number and SARS PIN; certified B-BBEE certificate and sworn affidavit; proof of municipal rates or lease; tax clearance status
• All MBD documents completed and signed: MBD 1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 6.2, MBD 8, MBD 9
• JV agreements where applicable; company profile with references; previous experience
• Returnable schedules completed; local content declarations per SATS 1286 (MBD 6.2)
• Tenderers must meet returnable schedule requirements; non-compliance may render tender incomplete
