Procurement of supply and delivery of paraffin for a period of 1 year (Cluster 6) to KumNkani Mhlontlo Local Municipality. Suitable bidders are paraffin suppliers with experience in multi-ward distribution, capable of meeting local content and B-BBEE requirements, and able to provide the required registrations and documentation (CSD, SARS tax status, company profile, etc.).

Requirements

• Experience and capacity to supply and deliver paraffin across multiple wards as per the schedule.
• CSD number; company profile with contact references.
• Certified copy of B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit/SANAS accreditation; JV if applicable.
• Proof of municipal rates or lease; SARS tax compliance PIN.
• All MBD forms relevant to the bid; MBD 2 (tax clearance), MBD 6.1 (B-BBEE), MBD 4, MBD 8, MBD 9; Local Content Declaration (MBD 6.2).
• JV documents where applicable; returnable schedules; company experience details.
• Compliance with Mhlontlo SCM Policy; bid submission rules (no electronic/late tenders; not obliged to accept the lowest tender).
