Overview

Procurement of Parker compumotor E-DC microstepping drives (15 units) for Necsa’s precision motion-control applications, compatible with Heidenhain encoders and existing mounting/wiring. Target bidders are suppliers of Parker drives or OEM-compliant refurbished units that meet OEM specifications (Appendix A). Suitable for integration with current linear/rotational stages.

Requirements

• Supply quantity: 15 units (new preferred; refurbished allowed if OEM specs and standard warranty are met).
• Drive must be suitable for precision motion control; electrically identical to the installed Parker E-DC drive.
• Compatibility: same mounting arrangement and terminal wiring without modifications.
• Pricing: fixed and firm; inclusive of taxes, freight, insurance, duties, and disbursements.
• Documentation: Tax Clearance Certificate, Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), B-BBEE certificate or EME affidavit, COID letter of good standing if applicable, and any other requested docs.
• Evaluation: Phase 1 technical/functional assessment; Phase 2 80/20 PPPFA (price vs. B-BBEE status).

• Notes: Appendix A contains original Parker E-DC drive specifications; ensure OEM-equivalent compliance if supplying refurbished units. Site briefing is not required. Queries should be in writing to the contact above; no other Necsa staff should be contacted. No goods/services delivery without an official Necsa Purchase Order.
