Overview

The PPECB invites responses to an information-gathering RFI for the Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to PPECB. The exercise runs for 3 years with an option to renew for 2 years. It seeks market insight on offerings, indicative pricing, and delivery timelines to inform a competitive tender process. Respondents should provide their PPE offerings, functionality, indicative pricing, and requirements to assist PPECB. Responses are due by 2026-08-03.

Requirements

• Demonstrated capability to supply certified PPE and nationwide distribution.
• National distribution, consignment stock/inventory management, and branding/embroidery services.
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance support.
• Detailed PPE product offerings and indicative pricing to inform the tender process.
• Company profile information: overview, years in operation, geographic coverage, key clients, and PPE delivery experience.
