Overview

Framework Agreement for the supply and delivery of pharmaceuticals, non-pharmaceuticals, dental, eye and radiology products for FY 2026-2028. Open to eligible suppliers of medical and laboratory goods capable of servicing Sigor sub county hospital, Department of Health Services, Bomet County. Bidding is via Open Tender; the contract covers a framework arrangement for 2026–2028. Requirements

• Eligibility and integrity: meet ITT requirements; no conflicts of interest; not debarred; comply with PPADA and Competition Act provisions.
• Local content and nationality: foreign bidders must source at least 40% of inputs from Kenyan suppliers; JVs must observe Kenyan ownership rules (≥51% to Kenyan nationals) and limit foreign sub-contracting.
• Tax and environmental: provide valid Kenyan Tax Compliance Certificate; ensure goods/services are not harmful to people/environment.
• Documentation: submit Form of Tender, priced Activity Schedule, Joint Venture documents if applicable, authorization to sign, evidence of qualifications, and conformity to tender specs.
• Tender validity and currency: tender valid for 735 days; prices in Kenya Shillings.
• Tender security: not required per the ITT data sheet (verify in the tender documents).
