Overview

Supply and delivery of photocopy paper for the Bergrivier Municipal Stores from 1 July 2027 until 30 June 2030. Open tender aimed at established suppliers of office consumables able to service a municipal store network with bulk photocopy paper, meeting regulatory and procurement requirements (CSD, TCS PIN, VAT where relevant) and BBBEE documentation for preferential points.

Requirements

• CSD registration and a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; VAT registration possibly required for contracts above R1,000,000.
• B-BBEE status and supporting documentation to qualify for preference points (80/20 or 90/10, as applicable).
• CIDB grading not required (NO LEVEL AND CATEGORY: N/A).
• Bids must use official forms, be completed in non-erasable ink, and remain valid for 120 days; avoid fax/email submissions.
• Documentation to include: MBD forms (MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9, MBD10), Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer, and Declaration by Tenderer; original certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
