• 10 vegetarian/vegan baskets and clear menu with portions; ingredients/allergens disclosed; food safety handling and temperature control.
• Administrative/compliance documents: Central Supplier Database (CSD) details with supplier number, tax status; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; valid tax certificate/pin; detailed pricing structure; company profile and references; food-safety documentation (IZIKO RFQ).
