SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF PLASSON PIPES FITTINGS STOCK ITEMS AS PER SIZES OVER 36 MONTHS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED

Overview

Procurement: Supply and delivery of Plasson pipes fittings stock items (various sizes) for a 36-month period. Bidders should be capable suppliers of plumbing fittings with the ability to supply stock in municipal-scale volumes, and meet core compliance requirements (Tax/CSD/BBEE/SABS). Requirements

• Be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and provide your CSD number.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Clearance certificate; original TCS certificate required with bid (separate certificates for consortia).
• SARS and eFiling options; if foreign, complete Part B:3 and submit accordingly.
• BBEE: certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• SABS: SABS-approved certificate for the Plasson fittings.
• Proof of financially sound status: current bank rating (A/B/C) and a current account not older than three months.
• Identity documents for directors/owners; company registration documents; SARS PIN or tax clearance; proof of payment for bid fee (see below).
• Completion of all MBD forms (MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8).
• Bidder must not be in the service of the state; declarations of interest and SCM practices required.
• No awards to non-compliant bidders or those not on the Municipal Data Base.
• Delivery terms: firm prices, all taxes included; pricing must align with the Firm Prices schedule (MBD3.1).
• Minimum documentation: proof of payment for bid fee; Central Supplier Database registration report; valid company registration; SARS PIN/tax clearance; SABS; reference letters.
