Overview

Supply and delivery of plumbing material to Corporate Stores for a 36-month period. The open-tender by Ethekwini Municipality invites plumbing suppliers to provide materials and distribution to corporate stores under a 36-month contract. Eligible bidders should be capable plumbing/materials suppliers with delivery capacity and the required registrations and certifications (see below).

Requirements

• Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) as a service provider.
• Registered on the eThekwini Municipality supplier database (PR number) and ESP portal.
• Tax compliance: Tax Clearance or Tax Compliance Status PIN; VAT registered if applicable.
• Complete and submit MBD 4, 5 (if applicable), 6.1, 8, and 9 returnable forms.
• If not a manufacturer, provide a valid JV/JV Agreement with manufacturer or accredited distributor/agent covering the contract period.
• Occupational Health and Safety Act compliance; sign the 37.2 OH&S agreement.
• Declaration of Municipal Fees; ensure fees are paid or acknowledged debt agreements in place.
• No tender from persons in the state service.
