Supply and Delivery of Plumbing Materials, including 2 x Remote control EL-X8B, 10 x Sensor taps EL-3002C, 5 x Sigma 20 Actuator plate 115.889.SN.1, 15 x Sigma Actuator plate 115.751.00.1, to Artscape. The look-for is a plumbing materials supplier/distributor that can deliver to Cape Town (DF Malan Street, Foreshore). Requirements

• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit

• SARS number and SARS status PIN

• Complete SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD6.2 (if applicable), SBD8 & SBD9

• Agreement to Government Procurement: GCC July 2010

• Deliver within 2 weeks from PO; delivery to D.F. Malan Street, Foreshore, Cape Town

• Prices must be firm and VAT inclusive; brochures/catalogues may be submitted

• Evaluation uses the 80/20 preference system: 80 points for price, 20 for Specific Goals (notably B-BBEE status). Local content declarations (SBD6.2 and SATS 1286:2011) may apply if the bid falls in designated sectors.
